-.- & >.<
Sorry I've ran out of headlines this week. Dissecting anime is tough work for a Japanese-illiterate otaku wannabe like me. It's enjoyable, workwise. Being the passionate lover for all things animated, it's didn't take me long to warm up and get married to my job.
Which probably explains how I blew my chance again this week on the more delicate matter. No prizes for guesssing the other object of my affections though. Was looking forward to another 'haruhi & kyon' convo, but I guess the Man above decided that it was not to be. As much as I am mentally prepared for the worst, my prayers for a miracle have always been there.
At the same time, as I survey the grand scheme of my unfolding life, it dawned upon me that there is much to be thankful for. For family, friends and every now and then, seeing the world in such an extraordinary light, because at the end of the road, living doesn't mean existing. Some just want to live, other always seek to set themselves apart. Sad thing is both parties know not the true meaning of existence. I'm not special, but I believe I have been richly blessed. So even if that means struggling with the pangs of an empty heart, I reckon that life would still be worth living.
Enough of these emo-rants for now. It's officially Hari Raya, and I have to attend a church wedding tomorrow. Haha, what a religious paradox. Hopefully the kids will be there as well, for what better way to revive my energies, than a XMM with sparkling eyes and questions? LOL
さよなら!!
