Closer now...

Just one step away.

I'm mentally prepared to crash or even get slapped anyway. She has every right to do so. I certainly haven't done enough (is the lack of opportunity an excuse?), and whatever I have might simply be NOT what she was looking out for.

I'm sure she knows exactly what to say, and she won't leak it until I draw first blood.

And it should please her to know...the blood's all my own.

But yet...I'm choosing to leave it for the last touchdown. She doesn't, or rather claims she doesn't want to read too much into it. Suits me fine, I've read everything loud and clear until now.

Blame me for being late, but I'll still tell her there could be no better time.

Even if she knew what to say, she will find it hard to walk away...right away.

No doubt about it, Someone out there was listening, and He's got my kamikaze (かみかぜ) ready for me.

Embezzling funds

Shit, I'm learning all the bad habits from GD. I mean there are ideas to blog about at night, but I'm just too tired to let my fingers do the walking.

Thus, here I am on a fine Thursday afternoon writing personal rants during office hours. The cougar in my office is vacuuming the carpet floor, and I'm trying my darn best not to peep at the perk ass just outside my door. Yeah Kylie was right, it's a good thing my boss's sister and not my boss, is the HOT one around.

And oh my, big eyes are directly related to blowjobs? Took me a while to get the feeling right, but it does make loads of sense. You see, when someone stares up from going down, the eyes sort of expand. Not a bad sight for the other party looking down LOL.

Jokes aside, here's a scientific question: Are cougars and MILFs one and the same?

Well, I used to think so, because of the shared characteristics pertaining to an older and sexually attractive female. However, the qualifying standards for MILFs are not as high as I expected. For instance, a 15 yr-old 'chio lian bang-bang' case instantly makes one a MILF. That's like a quickie access pass don't you think? Teenage mums do spoil the market in more ways than one.

So with that resolved, what then makes a cougar? Cougars, as their bestial name suggests, are solitary predators. One thing's for sure, they don't stay in their lairs breastfeeding their cubs.

Instead, cougars, are intelligent, professional single women from their late thirties onwards, who enjoy tearing up the flesh of all you young, horny and impressionable dickheads out there. Therefore, we can safely conclude that MILFs and cougars are not subsets of one another. Some cougars are MILFs in their own right (oh how beautiful this world would be if that were totally the case), but not ALL MILFs are, or can be cougars.

Ok that said, it's almost time I head back to anime research and reviews. But before I go, here's one from 'Beauty and the Geek.' It dawned upon me that geeks have no sense of humour. Since I consider myself one, I guess my ability to crack all sorts of colourful jokes stems from my latent powers as a left-hander? Left-handers are believed to be evil people with superpowers. Mel's like the only 'goody two shoe' leftie I know, so I'm not sure if she has any powers hehehe.

-.- & >.<

Sorry I've ran out of headlines this week. Dissecting anime is tough work for a Japanese-illiterate otaku wannabe like me. It's enjoyable, workwise. Being the passionate lover for all things animated, it's didn't take me long to warm up and get married to my job.

Which probably explains how I blew my chance again this week on the more delicate matter. No prizes for guesssing the other object of my affections though. Was looking forward to another 'haruhi & kyon' convo, but I guess the Man above decided that it was not to be. As much as I am mentally prepared for the worst, my prayers for a miracle have always been there.

At the same time, as I survey the grand scheme of my unfolding life, it dawned upon me that there is much to be thankful for. For family, friends and every now and then, seeing the world in such an extraordinary light, because at the end of the road, living doesn't mean existing. Some just want to live, other always seek to set themselves apart. Sad thing is both parties know not the true meaning of existence. I'm not special, but I believe I have been richly blessed. So even if that means struggling with the pangs of an empty heart, I reckon that life would still be worth living.

Enough of these emo-rants for now. It's officially Hari Raya, and I have to attend a church wedding tomorrow. Haha, what a religious paradox. Hopefully the kids will be there as well, for what better way to revive my energies, than a XMM with sparkling eyes and questions? LOL

さよなら!!

Feeling horny

Contrary to any frivolous assumption you people might make, it isn't about sex. If not for the fact that my mom was sitting with me in front of the box, I would have just grabbed a box of Kleenex and bawled like a baby.

Yes, it has been that long since I was moved to the brink of tears. Such visual experimentation with tragedy, suffering and absolute human wickedness is never for the faint hearted. If you ask me, the emotions evoked from viewing all 13 episodes of 'Elfen Lied' can be quite crippling.

With pink hair and horns sticking out from either side of her cranium, Lucy is definitely no ordinary girl. As a diclonius, she is endowed with telekninetic powers that take on the shape of a vector, or an invisible arm. Born with four of them, she is able to move and tear apart objects that come within a two metre radius with incredible ease. At the start of the show, she rips everyone apart as she escapes from the lab. The directors aren't shy about showing all the spinal cords and limbs flying apart, with blood spraying out like fire hydrants. From then on, its gore galore as other pink-haired pixies twist the life out of ordinary humans like rotten tomatoes.

Just to prove I'm no sadist, 'Elfen Lied' is a dark sci-fi tale that depicts the atrocities of human sin in the most touching and disturbing of ways. Raised under the trauma of excommunication and torture, Lucy and her kind have no choice but to kill for survival. In spite of this, they refuse to give up their humanity and love for the people that cared for them, even though they have been betrayed and let down countless times. The sense of injustice at witnessing the dicloni children being tortured in the lab carries the stench of a Nazi camp, while Lucy and Nana's hopeless plight at seeking affirmation from their human caregivers is so hear-wrenching, it can literally bring a grown man to his knees.I shall keep the spoilers to myself, but just remember that the series gets very moving towards the end.

Yes, I know my seemingly senseless sympathy is getting in the way. I mean, getting teary at the end proves I'm human too ok? What's more, the hymn they play during the opening still haunts my mind. It's in Latin, but it's written by Japanese! Oh no....Nothing's gonna stop them from taking over the world now.
